What authenticator works best with Thriday?

The Thriday app contains an inbuilt two-factor authentication capability. You can use this to approve transactions on our website and app.

What might make my Thriday account vulnerable?

Here are some things you should avoid doing if possible as it may make you vulnerable to fraud: Don’t pay or otherwise provide information to any website or person that seems suspicious to you Don’t give others your phone or computer when you’re logged onto Thriday on that device Don’t let people borrow your card Don’t write down your password or card PIN anywhere, as other people may find it and gain access to your account Never share your password or card PIN over email or another form of communication The Thriday team will never ask you for your password or PIN for any reason, please don’t be fooled by scammers who may be impersonating a Thriday team member.

How do I change my default daily payment limit?

Go to Settings, then select Payments. On the Limits tab, you can reduce the limit in $1,000 increments down to a minimum of $1,000. You can also increase it up to a maximum of $10,000 per day. If you increase your limit, you will be required to complete a two-factor authentication request.

What is an insecure network error?

Our platform does not permit access unless a secure connection is in place, so that the safety of your data is not at risk. Insecure network errors can occur if you have an inconsistent internet connection, are using a proxy or a VPN. If the problem persists, please try refreshing the website or restarting the app. If that does not work, you may have to try connecting to a different internet connection.

How do I make my account safer?

Here are some tips we would like to provide to strengthen the safety of your Thriday account: Never share your Thriday password, login details or card PIN with anyone Don’t give anyone access to the email address you use for Thriday Freeze your card then contact us immediately if someone steals your card or you believe you have provided your Thriday account details to a suspicious person or website Don’t set a password or card PIN that can be easily guessed, such as your birthday Change your password and card PIN occasionally If you suspect someone has access to your account, change your password and card PIN as soon as possible then contact us

Does Thriday use my information for marketing?

Thriday does not sell customer data. None of your contact information will be shared with third-party advertisers or marketing companies without your consent. Thriday may introduce you to relevant third-party partners on our website and app when recommending products that you may want to take advantage of. We will also email you from time-to-time regarding our community events, new updates to features or special offers that could be useful to your business, but this is always with your permission, and you can opt-out of marketing communications whenever you like!

How can I disable two-factor authentication?

Thriday requires that all members set up two-factor authentication prior to performing certain high-risk transactions on Thriday, such as sending a large payment to a new payee. Even if you don’t use it often, we ask that it remains enabled for the safety and protection of your Thriday account and business.

What can I do to make my devices safer?

For maximum protection, always have a passcode or biometric login set up for the devices that you use to access Thriday and change your password regularly. This password shouldn’t contain information that can be easily guessed such as your birthday or a series of common numbers like 12345. If you lose your phone or laptop which had Thriday logged in on it, then please change your Thriday password and PIN as soon as possible.

How can I make a secure password?

A strong password will help you protect yourself from hackers gaining access to your Thriday account and committing theft. Besides meeting our password requirements, here are some tips and strategies we encourage you to employ to create a strong password: Your password must contain: one letter, one capital letter, one number, one special character and be at least 8 characters in length Make sure that your Thriday passwords include a mixture of lower case and capital letters, symbols, and numbers Don’t reuse passwords you have used for other services Don’t use personal information such as your birthday, name or address as part of your password Don’t use common phrases or words that are easy to guess like ‘Password’, ‘234’ or ‘0000’

Does Thriday support two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security that will protect your Thriday account against fraudulent activity. This allows Thriday to double-check the identity of the person attempting to access Thriday accounts by requiring two different types of login details. We will require you to enable and set up 2FA to perform certain high-risk transactions on Thriday.

How secure is Thriday?

Does Thriday share my personal information?

Your personal information is not shared with anyone without your prior and ongoing consent. Where required, only minimum necessary information is shared according to your instructions (such as sending an invoice with your name and email address on it) or to Thriday’s technology partners as a necessary part of delivering services to you (such as submitting your information to a certified identity verification service) Verifying the identity of our members is necessary because Thriday offers a transaction account that is issued by Regional Australia Bank who must comply with strict regulatory and security guidelines to ensure the safety of our members and their businesses. How do I change Thriday's time out settings?

You can adjust the logout time limit via the settings menu. To do so: 1. From the Home screen, click on Settings 2. Click on Security 3. Click on LOGOUT 4. Click and drag the slider to change the logout time settings

I am having trouble logging in with two-factor authentication?

How do I manage my payment limit?
