Go to Settings, then select Payments. On the Limits tab, you can reduce the limit in $1,000 increments down to a minimum of $1,000. You can also increase it up to a maximum of $10,000 per day. If you increase your limit, you will be required to complete a two-factor authentication request.
Thriday currently has a $10,000 maximum per day payment limit for direct entry and BPAY payments. You can reduce your limit below $10,000 via the Settings > Payments screen.
No problem, just visit the bills section and change the scheduled date and you’re good to go.
A direct entry payment is a payment to a BSB and Account Number.
‘Bill Buster’ is a smart recommendation engine that considers the due date, expected revenue or ability to pay.
If, by chance, you’ve accepted a recommended payment date or manually scheduled a payment and you don’t have enough money in your transaction account when the payment is supposed to be processed then the payment won't process, and the bill will remain in the repayment queue.
PayTo is a new form of direct debit that is a fast and secure way to digitally authorise payments from your bank account. Thriday does not currently support PayTo but it is something we are exploring and have on our roadmap.
No problem, we can provide instructions on transferring your direct debits to your Thriday transaction account once you become a Thriday member.
If you'd like to transfer funds to your Thriday transaction account, go to the Accounts screen, find the correct transaction account and click the 'Add Funds' button near the top right-hand corner. After that, you will be shown your transaction account's BSB (932 000) and Account number, which you can use to perform a transfer to.
