Thriday takes care of this reconciliation automatically, so you know much is income, how much is GST and then what invoices have been paid. Bookipi does not offer automated income reconciliation, so you have to check and mark your invoices as paid manually.

GST tracking

As a business you need to keep records that show the income and expenses used to calculate and support the GST amounts you claim for GST credits. Thriday makes this really easy to do, because ass you spend or earn more, all GST is instantly tracked and available in your reports. From here, if you are registered for GST, you can view and lodge your Business Activity Statement to the ATO. Bookipi does not support GST tracking on business transaction account spend.
